摘  要:由于重型数控机床的结构复杂,各子系统之间存在密切的相互影响关系,单一子系统故障可能会导致连锁反应,影响整个机床的性能甚至造成系统级的故障。针对此,根据DEMATEL/ISM方法得到的解释结构模型,利用二参数威布尔分布对各层级子系统的故障数据进行建模,并对模型进行参数估计和拟合优度检验,同时对数据量少的层级进行参数修正;然后应用Copula函数分析各层级间的相关性和传递性,并计算相关系数,得到考虑故障相关性的可靠度函数,将它与未考虑故障相关性的可靠度函数进行对比。结果表明:当考虑故障相关性时,重型数控机床的可靠度曲线由于不同子系统间的相互作用和依赖性而更加复杂,证实了考虑相关性的建模更符合实际情况。Due to the complex structure of the heavy-duty CNC machine tools,there is a close interaction relationship between the various subsystems,a single subsystem failure may lead to a chain reaction,affecting the performance of the entire machine tool or even cause system-level failures.In view of this,according to the explanatory structural model obtained by the DEMATEL/ISM method,the failure data of subsystems at each level were modeled using the two-parameter Weibull distribution,and the model was subjected to parameter estimation and goodness-of-fit test,and the parameter corrections were carried out for the levels with less data;the correlation and transmissibility between levels were analyzed by applying the Copula function and the correlation coefficients were calculated to obtain the reliability function by considering the failure correlation,and the reliability function was compared with that without considering the failure correlation.The results show that the reliability curve of the heavy-duty CNC machine tool is more complicated due to the interaction and dependence between different subsystems,which confirms that the modeling of considering the correlation is more in line with the reality.
