摘 要:动态仿真优化与实时映射技术在制造业中日益受到重视,因其能提高生产线的设计精度、运行效率和适应性,是实现高效、智能化生产的关键技术,但该技术在应用中还缺乏一定的通用性。深入介绍自动化产线的构成以及运作过程,并提出一种通用化孪生模型构建方法。该方法可以在虚拟环境中精确模拟实际生产过程,进而对产线中可能发生的生产异常进行深入分析和有效优化。此外,展示了虚拟调试技术的实际应用,包括通信连接测试、人机交互测试和程序调试测试。最后,设计并实施一种虚实产线实时映射方案,通过实验验证了虚拟与实体产线的同步性。这不仅增强了生产线的适应能力和故障预防机制,也为未来制造业智能化转型提供了有力的技术支撑。Dynamic simulation optimization and real time mapping technology are increasingly valued in the manufacturing industry,because they can improve the design accuracy,operational efficiency and adaptability of production lines,and are the key technologies for achieving efficient and intelligent production.But this technology still lacks a certain degree of universality in application.The composition and operation process of automated production lines were introduced in detail,and a universal twin model construction method was proposed.The actual production process was simulated by this method in a virtual environment,and possible production anomalies in the production line were analyzed and optimized effectively.In addition,the practical application of virtual debugging technology was demonstrated,including communication connection testing,human-computer interaction testing,and program debugging testing.Finally,a real time mapping scheme for virtual and physical production lines was designed and implemented,and the synchronization between virtual and physical production lines was verified by experiments.This not only enhances the adaptability and fault prevention mechanism of the production line,but also provides strong technical support for the intelligent transformation of the future manufacturing industry.
