高速叶片泵流体噪声变化特性研究

摘  要:为了研究高转速工况下叶片泵噪声的产生机制和变化特性,采用计算流体力学和计算气动声学联合仿真技术,对高速叶片泵的流体噪声变化规律进行数值模拟。通过建立高速叶片泵流体噪声计算模型,在考虑声固耦合的情况下,研究了转速和油液温度对高速叶片泵流体噪声的影响,并进行了实验验证。结果表明:在相同频率下,体声源强度高于面声源强度,且随着频率的上升,声压总体呈现下降趋势;随着油液温度的升高,由流量脉动和空化引起的流体噪声减小,温度每上升30℃,噪声值总体下降1.15~8.76 dB。In order to study the generation mechanism and variation characteristics of blade pump noise under high speed operating conditions,computational fluid dynamics and computational aeroacoustics joint simulation technology were used to numerically simulate the fluid noise variation law of high speed blade pumps.By establishing a computational model for fluid noise in high speed vane pumps,the effects of rotational speed and oil temperature on fluid noise in high speed vane pumps were studied,taking into account acoustic solid coupling.And experimental verification was made.The results show that at the same frequency,the intensity of the body sound source is higher than that of the surface sound source,and as the frequency increases,the overall sound pressure shows a downward trend.As the oil temperature increases,the fluid noise caused by flow pulsation and cavitation decreases.For every 30℃increase in temperature,the overall noise value decreases from 1.15 dB to 8.76 dB.
