摘 要:架廊机是装配式综合管廊节段吊装及铺设的专用设备,为保障其液压驱动系统安全高效运行,研究了基于动态故障树分析-贝叶斯网络(DFTA-BN)的液压驱动系统可靠性分析方法。依据架廊机工作原理及液压系统,构建了T-S动态故障树模型,并映射为BN有向无环图。通过DFTA-BN对液压驱动系统进行双向推理,采用GeNIe后验概率推理出系统故障的关键致因链,对系统重要度及灵敏度进行分析,并验证了DFTA-BN模型的有效性。结果表明:在任务时间内,液压驱动系统在初始时间段发生故障的概率较大;关键致因链共有8条,其中,液压油故障、油缸密封件损坏、液压缸载荷不均、导轨润滑不良和液压阀组故障是系统风险因素;电机、液压泵、导轨和溢流阀是系统薄弱环节。Tunnel erecting machine is a specialized equipment for the lifting and pavement of prefabricated comprehensive tunnel sections.To ensure the safe and efficient operation of the hydraulic drive system,a reliability analysis method based on dynamic fault tree analysis and Bayesian network(DFTA-BN)was studied.According to the working principle and hydraulic system of tunnel erecting machine,the T-S dynamic fault tree model was constructed and mapped into a BN directed acyclic graph.Bidirectional inference of hydraulic drive system was performed by using DFTA-BN,and key causal chains of system fault were obtained by posterior probability inference of GeNIe,then the importance and sensitivity of the system were analyzed and the effectiveness of the model was verified.The results show that the probability of hydraulic drive system fault during the initial time period of overall task is high.There are eight key causal chains,and system risk factors include hydraulic oil fault,cylinder seal damage,uneven load of hydraulic cylinders,poor guide rail lubrication and hydraulic valve group fault;motor,hydraulic pump,guide rail and overflow valve are the weak points of the system.
