论以色列智能军事情报的实践特征与现实困境

摘　　要：[研究目的]以色列不断推动智能军事情报建设,旨在保持情报竞争主动权,进而在战场上占据优势地位。探讨以色列智能军事情报建设的实践特征、发展趋势和现实挑战,为我国军事情报智能化提供经验和启示。[研究方法]采用文献梳理和逻辑分析法,通过分析以色列智能军事情报搜集和处理特征,探讨以色列智能军事情报建设的发展趋势与现实挑战。[研究结论]以色列智能军事情报建设主要表现为强化无人机、算法程序等智能装备实战化运用,建立情报数据库和智能情报部队,最终将情报优势转化为军事优势。这将深化智能技术为情报工作赋能,加快战场决策速度和精准度,进一步推动智能军事情报技术合作。同时,智能情报技术的固有缺陷和以色列国内政治斗争的干扰是以色列智能军事情报建设面临的主要现实困境。[Research purpose]Israel continues to promote the construction of intelligent military intelligence,aiming to maintain the initiative in intelligence competition and gain an advantage on the battlefield.This article explores the practical characteristics,development trends,and practical challenges of Israel's intelligent military intelligence construction,and provides experience and inspiration for the intelligentization of China's military intelligence.[Research method]This article mainly adopts literature review and logical analysis methods to explore the development trend and practical challenges of Israel's intelligent military intelligence construction by analyzing the characteristics of Israel's intelligent military intelligence collection and processing.[Research conclusion]Research suggests that Israel's intelligent military intelligence construction is mainly manifested in strengthening the practical application of intelligent equipment such as drones and algorithm programs,establishing intelligence databases and intelligent intelligence units,and ultimately transforming intelligence advantages into military advantages.This will deepen the empowerment of intelligent technology for intelligence work,accelerate the speed and accuracy of battlefield decision-making,and further promote cooperation in intelligent military intelligence technology.Meanwhile,the inherent flaws of intelligent intelligence technology and the interference of domestic political struggles in Israel are the main practical challenges facing Israel's intelligent military intelligence construction.
