摘 要:[研究目的]生成式AI可作为社会行动者帮助用户搜索和生成信息,探究用户从以人为中介转向以AI智体为中介进行替代信息搜索的机理,对推动该技术采纳/使用具有重要意义。[研究方法]基于PPM理论构建研究模型,通过结构方程模型(SEM)进行假设分析,采用自适应神经模糊推理系统(ANFIS)揭示构念间的非线性关系并对其进行重要性排序。[研究结论]研究表明,信息质量不满、感知效率不满、技术示能性(交互性、便利性、直接效益)、信息素养自我效能感、认知惯性及社会影响显著影响用户转移意愿。社会影响是导致用户转移意愿的最重要因素。研究结果为设计更具鲁棒性的生成式AI及其采纳/使用提供参考。[Research purpose]This study aims to investigate users'switching intention from human-mediated to AI-mediated information search by examining the affordances of generative AI as a social actor in aiding users in information retrieval and generation.Understanding this mechanism is important for advancing the adoption and utilization of this technology.[Research method]Constructing the research model based on the Push-Pull-Mooring(PPM)theory,hypothesis analysis is conducted through Structural Equation Modeling(SEM),while an Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System(ANFIS)method is utilized to reveal nonlinear relationships among constructs and prioritize their significance.[Research conclusion]This study finds that dissatisfaction with information quality,dissatisfaction with perceived efficiency,technological affordances(interactivity,convenience,immediate benefits),information literacy self-efficacy,cognitive inertia,and social influence significantly impact users'intention to switch.Notably,social influence emerges as the most critical factor driving users'intention to switch.These findings offer valuable insights for the development of more robust generative AI and the facilitation of their adoption and utilization.
