摘 要:分别利用菌丝生长速率法和常规喷雾法进行6种杀菌剂对谷子谷瘟病菌的毒力测定以及田间病害防治试验,筛选防治谷瘟病具有良好防控作用的药剂。结果表明,在室内毒理测定中,两种杀菌剂对谷瘟病菌抑制效果较好,EC50值均小于0.2μg/mL,分别是450 g/L咪鲜胺水乳剂,EC50值为0.1761μg/mL和42%唑醚·戊唑醇悬浮剂,EC50值为0.0458μg/mL;40%春雷·噻唑锌悬浮剂抑制作用较差,EC50值为18.26μg/mL;在田间药效试验中,咪鲜胺的病株率和病情指数最低,防效最高为79.61%,显著高于其他处理,其次是200 g/L氟酰羟·苯甲唑悬浮剂和42%唑醚·戊唑醇悬浮剂,防效分别是69.56%和63.36%,40%稻瘟灵防效乳油最差,仅为38.47%。建议选用咪鲜胺、氟酰羟·苯甲唑和唑醚·戊唑醇三种药剂进行轮换使用,有效防控谷瘟病。The toxicity of six fungicides to millet blast was determined by the mycelium growth rate method and conventional spray method.A field disease control test was conducted to screen the fungicides with good control effects on millet blast.The results showed that two fungicides had a better inhibitory effect on Magnaporthe oryzae in the indoor toxicological tests.The EC50 values were less than 0.2μg/mL,specifically for 450 g/L prochloraz and 0.1761μg/mL.The EC50 value of 42%pyraclostrobin·tebuconazole was 0.0458μg/mL,and the EC50 value of 40%kasugrel·zinc thiazole was 18.26μg/mL.In the field efficacy test,the disease incidence and disease index for prochloraz were the lowest,with the highest control effect at 79.61%,significantly higher than other treatments.This was followed by pydiflumetofen·difenoconazole and pyraclostrobin·tebuconazole,with control effects of 69.56%and 63.36%,respectively.The control effect of 40%isoprothiolane was the lowest at only 38.47%.In conclusion,for the prevention and control of rice blast,three agents,including prochloraz,pydiflumetofen·difenoconazole,and pyraclostrobin·tebuconazole,can be used in rotation,demonstrating good efficacy in the prevention and control of rice blast.
