摘 要:排水管网修复决策是复杂的系统问题,受多因素的共同作用,需综合考虑各影响因素,应用系统方法科学地选取修复方案。通过某城区排水管网修复工程的实证研究,检视了该工程中的主要影响因素;同时根据建立的解释结构模型(ISM)-层次分析法(AHP)组合模型,计算了各指标及各方案对于决策目标的权重,据此确定了影响排水管网修复决策的关键因素和适宜该工程的修复方案,可为相关决策提供参考。The decision-making for the repair of drainage pipeline networks is a complex system problem that is influenced by multiple factors.It is necessary to comprehensively consider various influencing factors and apply the systematic methods to scientifically select the repair schemes.An empirical study is conducted on the restoration project of a drainage pipeline network in an urban area,which examines the main influencing factors in the project.And at the same time,an interpreting structural model(ISM)–analytic hierarchy process(AHP)composite model is established to calculate the weights of various indicators and schemes for decision-making objectives.Hereby,the key factors affecting the decision-making of drainage pipeline network restoration and the appropriate restoration scheme for the project are determined,which can provide reference for relevant decision-making.
