摘  要:随着桥梁工程技术的不断革新和不同类型的桥梁不断涌现,对施工技术提出了更为复杂和严格的要求。目前,为实现市域铁路、快速路等功能于一体,往往采用双层桥梁建设形式,即公轨合建桥。选取合理的支架结构设计和高效的施工工艺,对项目的整体工期及经济效益至关重要。结合浙江永宁大桥项目H形墩大悬臂变截面预应力混凝土现浇盖梁施工支架进行研究,深入比选分析现有盖梁施工工艺,最终确定采用“销棒+钢管”支架结构。该工艺在施工工程中受力稳定,且可周转性强、拆卸方便,对主体结构的破坏小,特别适用于这种复杂结构的盖梁,具有显著的社会经济效益。With the continuous innovation of bridge engineering technology and the emergence of various types of bridges,construction techniques face increasingly complex and stringent requirements.Currently,to integrate functions such as urban railways and expressways,a common approach involves the construction of double-deck bridges,known as road-rail integrated bridges.In light of this,selecting a rational support structure design and an efficient construction process is crucial for the overall project schedule and economic benefits.This article,based on the construction support system for the large cantilever variable-section prestressed concrete cast-in-situ beams of the H-shaped piers in the Yongning Bridge project in Zhejiang.Through a thorough comparative analysis of existing beam construction processes,the final decision for this project is to adopt the"pin bar+steel pipe"support structure.
