水泥搅拌桩和高压旋喷桩在道路软基处理中的应用与分析

摘　　要：福建省地处中国东南部的沿海地区,其西北部以大量低山、丘陵为主,东南部分布较多的冲积平原,呈依山傍海态势。其中,厦门、泉州、福州等省内沿海城市大量分布着近代沉积的软土地层、深厚淤泥和淤泥质黏土层。为了提高地基承载力,减少地基沉降变形,保证道路路基的稳定性,水泥搅拌桩和高压旋喷桩是该地区工程设计中常见的道路软基处理方式。闽台大道项目位于福建省福清市江镜镇,沿线路基存在大量深厚淤泥,且路线走向下穿高压线走廊。根据项目的具体地质情况、软土层深度和现场建设条件,采用上述2种桩型进行了软基处理方式的比较。首先根据规范要求进行参数计算;然后进行现场钻芯试验、复合地基静载荷试验等多项试验,并比较了理论计算结果和试验结果的差异,分析了水泥搅拌桩、高压旋喷桩的优势和劣势;最后总结出了2种桩型的适用情况。Fujian Province is situated in the coastal region of Southeast China.Its northwest is dominated by a large number of low mountains and hills,and its southeast is distributed more alluvial plains,which are near the mountains and the sea.In Fujian Province,the coastal cities like Xiamen,Quanzhou and Fuzhou are widely distributed with soft soil layer,deep silt and silty clay layer deposited in recent times.To enhance the bearing capacity of foundation,reduce the settlement and deformation of foundation,and ensure the stability of road subgrades,the cement mixing piles and high-pressure jet grouting piles are the common soft foundation treatment methods of roads in engineering designs for the region.The Mintai Avenue Project is located in Jiangjing Town,Fuqing City,Fujian Province.There is a large amount of deep silt along the subgrade,and the route runs through a high-voltage line corridor.Based on the specific geological conditions,depth of soft soil layer,and on-site construction conditions of the project,a comparison of the two types of pile types mentioned above is made for soft foundation treatment.Firstly,the parameters are calculated according to the code requirements.Then,the multiple tests such as on-site core drilling test and composite foundation static load test are conducted,and the differences between theoretical calculation results and experimental results are compared.The advantages and disadvantages of cement mixing piles and high-pressure jet grouting piles are analyzed.Finally,the applicability of the two pile types is summarized.
