摘 要:排水盾构地下管线路由受道路线形所支配,多数情况下均为小半径盾构管道。排水盾构隧道通常设计成通用双面楔形衬砌环,采用较小的轴线环宽和较大的楔形量来满足小半径的线路拟合要求。通用楔形环管片分块环宽主要受管片环轴线环宽、楔形量和接缝夹角大小的影响。为分析这些因素的影响,依据盾构隧道管片结构与其线路关系,推导了通用楔形管片环的楔形量和管片块环宽近似计算式,并采用BIM切割实体模型验证了计算式的正确性,以供类似工程参考。The underground pipeline line of the drainage shield is dominated by the alignment of the road,and in most cases it is a small radius shield pipe.The drainage shield tunnel is usually designed as a universal double-sided wedge lining ring.The smaller axis ring width and larger wedge amount are used to meet the line fitting requirements of small radius.The width of the general wedge ring segment block ring is mainly affected by the width of the axis ring of the segment ring,the amount of wedge shape and the size of the joint angle.In order to analyze the influences of these factors,according to the relationship between the segment structure of the shield tunnel and its line,the approximate calculation formula of the wedge amount and the width of the segment ring of the general wedge segment ring is derived,and the correctness of the formula is verified by the BIM cutting solid model,which is used for the reference of similar projects.
