摘 要:顶管工作井永久框架在施工过程中会经历多种不同的受力阶段,在土压力、水压力、顶推力等组合作用下处于复杂的受力环境,准确分析框架在不同阶段时的受力特点和内力分布是设计环节中的重点。利用有限元计算软件Robot Structural Analysis建立顶管始发井的三维模型进行受力分析计算,并对工作井永久框架在全过程设计中的受力情况进行了小结与探讨。分析表明,框架内力包络值主要由开挖阶段和拆撑阶段控制,研究结果对实际工程中顶管工作井的设计提供有效的参考。The permanent frame of the pipe jacking working shaft undergoes various stress stages during the construction process,and is in a complex stress environment under the combined effects of soil pressure,water pressure and jacking force.It is a key point to accurately analyze the stress characteristics and internal force distribution of the frame at different stages during the design.The finite element software Robot Structural Analysis is used to establish a three-dimensional model of the launch shaft of pipe jacking for stress analysis and calculation.The stress state of the permanent frame of the working shaft in the whole process design is summarized and discussed.The analysis shows that the envelope value of the internal force of the frame is mainly controlled in the excavation stage and the prop removal stage.The research results provide effective references for the design of the pipe jacking working shaft in practical engineering.
