摘　　要：2024年8月13日,中国物流与采购联合会在京发布《2023年货车司机从业状况调查报告》。报告内容涵盖了货车司机基本情况、经营状况和未来展望,并就货车司机使用平台和货车司机权益保障开展了专题调查,提出了建立多方协同共治机制的倡议,从政府规制、平台自治、协会自律3个层面提出了具体建议。货车司机是公路货运行业的就业主体,全国1 600多万货车司机完成了全社会3/4的营业性货运量。近年来,货车司机权益保障受到政府部门、广大会员企业和社会各界重视。On August 13,2024,the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing released the“2023 Survey Report on the Employment Status of Truck Drivers”in Beijing.The report covers the general information,operation conditions,and future prospects of truck drivers,and conducts a special survey on the use of the platform by truck drivers and the protection of their rights and interests.It proposes the establishment of a multi-party coordinated governance mechanism and puts forward specific suggestions from three levels:government regulation,platform autonomy,and association self-discipline.
