摘 要:由于润滑油在高温氧化作用下,以及受到空气中灰尘、金属屑、煤炭等污染物的影响,其性能会随时间逐渐下降。若未能及时更换润滑油,油中沉积物将不断增多,进而引发发动机功率下降和零部件磨损加剧的问题;而过早更换润滑油则会造成资源浪费。因此,本文设计了一种基于多传感器的车用润滑油在线监测系统。该系统涵盖数据采集模块、数据通信模块、软件处理及显示模块,利用Labview虚拟仪器软件对润滑油的理化指标进行实时监测,及时给出换油提示,并借助BP神经网络对发动机潜在故障进行预诊断和结果分析。Since lubricants are affected by high-temperature oxidation,dust,metal shavings in the air,and pollutants such as coal,their performance will decrease after a period of time.If the oil is not changed in a timely manner,deposits in the oil will increase,resulting in reduced engine power and increased wear on components,and changing the oil too soon is a waste of resources.Therefore,in this paper,a multi-sensor-based on-line monitoring system for automotive lubricating oil is designed through multi-sensor.The system includes a data acquisition module,a data communication module,a software and a display module,which monitors the physical and chemical indicators of lubricating oil in real time through Labview virtual instrument software,gives timely oil change prompts,and uses BP neural network to predict and analyze the results of potential engine faults.
