摘 要:脊髓损伤是一种毁灭性的神经系统疾病,往往导致患者运动、感觉和自主神经功能障碍,其治疗一直是世界性的医学难题。近年来,随着神经电生理技术的发展,脑-机接口技术已被证实可以促进脊髓损伤后神经功能的修复,为脊髓损伤患者神经功能的康复带来新的曙光。本文阐述了脑-机接口技术的原理和分类、脑-机接口技术治疗脊髓损伤患者的应用前景,并初步探讨了未来脑机接口技术治疗脊髓损伤患者可能面临的挑战。Spinal cord injury(SCI)is a devastating neurological disease that often leads to motor,sensory and autonomic dysfunction,and its treatment has been a worldwide medical problem.In recent years,with the development of neuroelectrophysiological technology,brain-computer interface(BCI)technology has been proved to be able to promote the repair of nerve function after SCI,bringing a new light to the rehabilitation of nerve function in SCI patients.In this paper,the principle and classification of BCI technology,and application prospect of BCI technology in the treatment of SCI patients were reviewed,and the possible challenges were discussed.
