摘　　要：输尿管损伤是一种临床少见的上尿路损伤疾病,可由多种原因引起,包括创伤、医源性损伤、炎症和肿瘤等导致的输尿管破损和穿孔等,临床表现复杂,并发症繁多,诊疗方式不断更新。本综述将探讨输尿管损伤的病因学特点、伤情分类、临床表现、诊疗方案以及研究进展,以期为临床医师实践提供一定的参考和指导。Ureteral injury is an uncommon upper-urinary-tract injury in clinical practice,which can be resulted from various causes,including trauma,iatrogenic injury,ureteral perfor ation due to inflammatory oRtumorigenic diseases,and others.The clinical manifestations and complications of ureteral injury are complex,and its diagnosis and treatment methods are constantly updated.This review will explore the etiological characteristics,injury classification,clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment strategies,and research progress of ureteral injury,to provide reference oRguidance for clinical practice.
