摘 要:TOD作为一种以公共交通为导向的城市发展模式,近年来越来越多地应用于高速铁路沿线站点的铁路综合土地开发项目。在一条特定的高速铁路线路上,为避免资源浪费,确定沿线站点TOD开发环境重要性排序是在投资决策中必须探讨的问题。为准确、科学地评估各站点TOD开发环境的实际情况,基于扩展的“节点-场所-城市”三维模型,建立高速铁路TOD项目开发环境排序评价指标体系,并在传统熵权-TOPSIS排序方法的基础上,加入耦合度作为维度平衡度修正排序方法。福厦客运专线沿线TOD项目开发环境实例分析结果表明,基于“节点-场所-城市”模型计算得出的排序分类结果,以及高速铁路站点TOD开发与城市发展的相关研究成果,能为高速铁路TOD项目开发环境成熟度排序提供参考。In recent years,transit-oriented development(TOD),as a city development model focusing on public transportation,has been increasingly applied in comprehensive land development projects at high speed railway stations.To avoid resource wasting,along a specific high speed railway route,determining the importance ranking of TOD development environments at stations is a crucial issue that must be discussed in investment decision-making.To accurately and scientifically assess the actual situation of TOD development environments at each station,this paper established a development environment ranking and evaluation indicator system of TOD projects for high speed railways based on an extended“node-place-city”three-dimensional model.Additionally,the coupling degree was incorporated as a dimension balancing factor to correct the ranking method on the basis of the traditional entropy weight-TOPSIS ranking method.The results of the case analysis for TOD project development environments along the Fuzhou-Xiamen Passenger Dedicated Line indicate that the ranking and classification results based on the“node-place-city”model,as well as research achievements related to TOD development at high speed railway stations and urban development,can provide a reference for the maturity ranking of development environments of TOD projects for high speed railways.
