时速200 km客货共线铁路动车组与货物列车区间交会技术可行性研究

摘　　要：随着客货运需求的不断增长,铁路网承受的运输压力越来越大,在线路标准一定的情况下,优化运输组织模式能有效缓解客货运输压力。对时速200 km客货共线铁路实施动车组与货物列车交会的运输组织模式,是优化组织列车开行和充分利用线路运输能力的关键。通过调研分析时速200 km客货共线铁路现状,从既有动货交会综合试验、国内外动货交会运营情况等方面论证时速200 km客货共线铁路实施动货区间交会的技术可行性。基于货物列车运行安全信息,对客货交会运行安全风险因素进行研判分析,提出客货交会安全保障措施建议。在此基础上,深入研究动货交会运输组织模式的优势,选取典型线路研究动货交会运输组织模式对其线路运输能力、调度指挥灵活性、天窗时间安排等方面的影响。With the continuous growth of passenger and freight transportation demands,the railway network bears heavier transportation pressure.Under the condition of a certain railway line standard,optimizing the transportation organization mode can effectively alleviate the pressure of passenger and freight transportation.For a 200 km/h mixed passenger and freight railway,the implementation of the transportation organization mode for electric multiple units(EMUs)passing by freight trains is the key to optimizing the train operation and making full use of the transportation capacity of the line.Through investigation of the current situation of the 200 km/h mixed passenger and freight railway,this paper demonstrated the technical feasibility of implementing EMUs passing by freight trains on the 200 km/h mixed passenger and freight railway from the aspects of the existing comprehensive test and the global operation of EMUs passing by freight trains.Based on the freight train operation safety information,the risk factors of EMUs and freight trains passing by each other were analyzed,and the safety guarantee measures and suggestions for EMUs and freight trains passing by each other were proposed.On this basis,the advantages of the transportation organization mode for EMUs and freight trains passing by each other were studied,and a typical line was selected to study the influence of the transportation organization mode for EMUs and freight trains passing by each other on line transportation capacity,scheduling flexibility,skylight scheduling time,and other aspects.
