摘　　要：高校图书馆组织机构的优化设置是提升图书馆服务能力的重要保障。通过网络调研的方式,以教育部发布的第一轮42所“双一流”高校图书馆为主要研究对象,从组织机构数量、部室分配情况、组织机构名称分布、组织机构结构类型、附设机构这几个方面,对“双一流”高校图书馆组织机构设置现状进行分析。研究发现目前“双一流”高校图书馆的组织机构设置呈现“组织结构类型多元化、组织机构设置优化升级、与时俱进增设创新型部门”等发展特点。针对目前高校图书馆组织机构设置现状,提出几点改善建议:重视组织机构整体规划,优化组织结构类型;顺应时代发展要求,定期优化调整机构设置;定期评估自身发展,实现组织机构职能创新。The optimal setting of university library organization is an important guarantee for enhancing library service ability.By means of network research,taking 42“double first-class”university libraries released by the Ministry of Education in the first round as the main research object,this paper analyzes the current situation of the“double first-class”university library organization from the aspects of the number of organizations,the distribution of departments and offices,the distribution of organization names,the type of organization struc-ture and the attached institutions.The research finds that the current organizational structure of“double first-class”university libraries presents the characteristics of“diversification of organizational structure types,optimization and upgrading of organizational structure Settings,and addition of innovative depart-ments with The Times”.According to the present situation of the organizational structure of university librar-ies,this paper puts forward several suggestions for improvement:Pay attention to the overall planning of the organization and optimize the type of organizational structure;In line with the development requirements of The Times,regular optimization and adjustment of institutional Settings;Assess progress regularly,to achieve organizational function innovation.
