摘 要:研究武夷山国家公园代表性植被甜槠(Castanopsis eyrei)林的群落结构和物种多样性,为该地区生物多样性保护和生态恢复提供一定的科学依据。分别于2018和2023年对其群落结构进行调查,从物种组成、重要值、胸径级和树高级结构、物种多样性以及区系特征等方面进行分析。结果表明,5年间,乔木层物种数增加、个体数量减少,灌木层物种数和个体数量均减少,草本层物种数减少;群落中物种重要值无显著变化,乔木层建群种仍是甜槠,灌木层和草本层的第一优势种发生变化;群落中胸径级与树高级的个体分布均呈现倒“J”形;5年间,乔木层、灌木层和草本层的物种多样性上升,且灌木层的物种多样性高于乔木层和草本层;群落区系成分复杂,具有一定的古老性,热带性质显著,科、属的R/T值均降低。5年间,武夷山国家公园甜槠林群落结构和物种多样性发生了一定程度的变化,但总体上表现出稳定性。The community structure and species diversity of the Castanopsis eyrei forests in Wuyishan National Park were studied to provide a scientific basis for biodiversity conservation and ecological restoration in the region.Surveys conducted in 2018 and 2023 analyzed aspects such as species composition,importance values,diameter at breast height(DBH)classes and tree height structures,species diversity,and floristic characteristics.Results indicate that over five years,the number of tree layer species increased,while the number of individuals decreased;both the number of species and individuals in the shrub layer declined,as did the number of herb species.There was no significant change in the importance values of species within the community,with Castanopsis eyrei remaining the dominant species in the tree layer,whereas the dominant species in the shrub and herb layers changed.The distribution of individuals across DBH classes and tree heights exhibited a reversed"J"shape.Over the five years,the species diversity of the tree,shrub,and herb layers increased,with the shrub layer showing higher species diversity than the tree and herb layers.The floristic components of the community were complex,reflecting a degree of ancientness and significant tropical characteristics.The R/T ratios of families and genera decreased during this period.In summary,while changes occurred in community structure and species diversity of the Castanopsis eyrei forest in Wuyishan National Park,stability was maintained over the five years.
