摘 要:海绵胶煤炱的发生具有明显的季节性特征,探索温湿度和居竹伪角蚜种群数量差异对野生海绵胶煤炱生长的影响可为海绵胶煤炱的工业培养和资源开发提供参考依据和技术指导。在福州地区收集记录自然状态下海绵胶煤炱菌落的生长情况,利用温湿度记录仪收集温湿度数据,通过拍照获得居竹伪角蚜种群个体数量,并进行数据分析。结果表明,海绵胶煤炱的发生和温度呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),和居竹伪角蚜种群大小呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),且居竹伪角蚜种群大小和温度也呈极显著负相关(P<0.01);海绵胶煤炱的发生与每日最低湿度没有显著相关性(P>0.05)。因此,居竹伪角蚜种群越大,产生的蜜露越多,越有利于海绵胶煤炱的生长;居竹伪角蚜和海绵胶煤炱都具有低温适应性,这为海绵胶煤炱的季节性生长提供了新的见解。The occurrence of Scorias spongiosa exhibits distinct seasonal characteristics.Investigating the impact of temperature,humidity,and population differences of Pseudoregma bambusicola on the development of wild S.spongiosa can offer valuable insights and technical guidance future industrial cultivation and resource development of S.spongiosa.In the Fuzhou region,the growth conditions of S.spongiosa colonies in their natural state were recorded.Temperature and humidity data were collected using data loggers,and the population size of P.bambusicola was analyzed through photographs and Photoshop software.The results demonstrated a highly significant negative correlation between the occurrence of S.spongiosa and temperature(P<0.01),and a highly significant positive correlation with the size of the P.bambusicola population(P<0.01).The size of the P.bambusicola population also had a highly significant negative correlation with temperature(P<0.01).There was no significant correlation between the occurrence of S.spongiosa and the daily minimum humidity(P>0.05).Larger populations of P.bambusicola resulted in more honeydew produced,which was more conducive to the growth of S.spongiosa.Both P.bambusicola and S.spongiosa exhibited uncommon adaptability to low temperatures,providing new insights into the seasonal growth of S.spongiosa.
