摘　　要：新时代的“政府绩效治理”是党领导下全新的政府运行和国家治理形态。这种新形态包括党的全面领导、以人民为中心、国家战略导向、整体性治理、数字技术赋能等五个方面的时代特征。新时代党领导政府绩效治理在绩效理念、治理内容、治理机制、治理手段等方面不断守正创新,形成了统筹把握治理方向和推进节奏、系统谋划与全面推进紧密结合、顶层设计与基层首创双向发力、重点突出与狠补短板协同推进、持续监控与落实整改确保落实等成就与经验。在今后的中国式现代化进程中,要打造以政治战略为导向、制度创新为先手、数据驱动为手段、落实改进为根本的政府绩效治理。“Government performance governance”in the new era is a new form of government operation and national governance under the leadership of the Party.This new form includes five characteristics:the overall leadership of the Party,people-centered approach,national strategic orientation,holistic governance,and digital technology empowerment.In the new era,the Party's leadership in government performance governance has continuously adhered to integrity and innovation in performance concepts,governance content,governance mechanisms,governance methods,and other aspects,forming achievements and experiences such as overall grasp of governance direction and pace,close integration of systematic planning and comprehensive promotion,two-way efforts of top-level design and grassroots innovation,coordinated promotion of key highlights and weaknesses,continuous monitoring and implementation of rectification to ensure implementation.In the process of Chinese path to modernization in the future,it is necessary to build a government performance governance that is guided by political strategy,pioneered by institutional innovation,driven by data,and based on implementation and improvement.
