粤港澳大湾区数字经济促进新质生产力发展实证研究

摘　　要：数字经济具有与新质生产力高度契合的核心特征,是推动新质生产力发展的重要引擎。基于粤港澳大湾区11个城市2011—2020年面板数据的实证研究表明,粤港澳大湾区数字经济对新质生产力发展呈现出显著的促进作用,其中深莞惠都市圈的促进作用最显著、广佛肇都市圈次之,而珠中江都市圈的结果不显著。为此,大湾区应以数据流动带动要素市场化、强化数字经济的要素配置效应,加快数字产业化和产业数字化进程、强化数字经济的要素生成效应,依托广佛肇、深莞惠、珠中江都市圈打造特色平台,畅通数字经济赋能两业融合、技术创新、绿色转型和对外开放的渠道,进一步发挥数字经济促进新质生产力发展的作用。The digital economy has core characteristics that are highly compatible with new quality productive forces,and is an important engine for promoting the development of new quality productive forces.Empirical research based on panel data from 11 cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area from 2011 to 2020 shows that the digital economy in the Greater Bay Area has a significant promoting effect on the development of new quality productive forces,with the Shenzhen-Dongguan-Huizhou metropolitan area in the first place,the Guangzhou-Foshan-Zhaoqing metropolitan area in the second place,and the Zhuhai-Jiangmen-Zhongshan metropolitan area in the third place.Therefore,the Greater Bay Area should use data flow to drive factor marketization,strengthen the factor allocation effect of the digital economy,accelerate the process of digital industrialization and industrial digitization,enhance the factor generation effect of the digital economy,rely on the three metropolitan areas mentioned above to create a characteristic platform,smooth the channels for digital economy to empower the integration of the two industries,technological innovation,green transformation,and opening up to the outside world,and further play the role of digital economy in promoting the development of new quality productive forces.
