摘　　要：在辨析国土空间生态修复的概念与内涵基础上,围绕“目标—空间—技术”这一核心逻辑,提出国土空间生态修复规划编制的总体思路与技术路径。同时,以天津市为例,结合全域国土空间生态系统的特征以及生态修复任务实施管理的需求,从规划指标设定、修复分区划定、重点工程确定等3个方面解析省级国土空间生态修复规划实践的在地化成果,以期为各地相关规划的编制与实施提供参考和借鉴。An in-depth analysis of the conceptual connotation of territorial spatial ecological restoration has been conducted,resulting in the proposal of an overall approach and technical pathway for the compilation of territorial spatial ecological restoration planning,which is anchored in the core logic of"goal-space-technology".Focusing on Tianjin as a case study,the unique characteristics of the regional territorial spatial ecosystem and the specific nature of ecological restoration task implementation and management are integrated.The localized achievements of provincial-level territorial ecological restoration planning practices are scrutinized through three key perspectives:indicator setting,planning zoning,and key project identification.A reference is provided for the formulation and execution of related planning across different regions.
