基于信息图谱的中等城市特色风貌营造方法与实践

摘　　要：针对当前中等城市特色风貌营造的现实问题,尝试引入特色风貌信息图谱的概念。首先,通过数据采集与空间转译、特征定量识别、结构特征提取,建构特色风貌征兆信息图谱,以识别特色风貌信息的系统数字特征。其次,通过特色风貌诊断指标建构、综合价值算法及评价分级、类型价值关联关系诊断,建构特色风貌诊断信息图谱,以诊断特色风貌信息的分类分级关联。再次,通过空间格局识别、空间实施分区划定、刚性实施内容界定,建构特色风貌实施信息图谱,以指导特色风貌信息的实施营造策略。最后,探讨中等城市特色风貌信息图谱的应用路径,并以江苏灌云为例,基于特色风貌信息图谱的系统诊断与实施引导,界定特色风貌营造的空间实施分区与刚性实施内容,提出优化设计策略与实施管控方法,以验证方法的有效性。The concept of characteristic landscape information mapping is introduced to deal with the practical problems of landscape creation of medium-sized cities.Firstly,the characteristic landscape signs information map is established through data collection,space interpretation,character quantified identification,structural character extraction,so as to recognize the digital features of characteristic landscape information.Secondly,the characteristic landscape diagnosis information map is established through indices specification,comprehensive value algorithm and grading,and type value relation analysis,to identify the type,grade,and relation of characteristic landscape.Thirdly,the characteristic landscape implementation information map is established through spatial layout recognition,spatial implementation zoning,and rigid implementation content,so as to guide the implementation and creation of characteristic landscape.Finally,taking Guanyun city,Jiangsu province as an example,the systematic diagnosis and implementation guidance is carried out based on characteristic landscape information map,the spatial implementation zoning and rigid content are specified for characteristic landscape creation,and optimized design strategies and implementation governance methods are put forward to verify the efficacy of the approach.
