摘　　要：在高质量发展和城市体检评估层级下沉的双重背景下,圩镇作为衔接政策、规划、治理的核心过渡层级,承担“联城带村”的重要职责,面临体检评估和更新建设两方面的挑战。梳理广东省美丽圩镇建设历程,分析现行县镇村建设工作体系存在的问题,指出圩镇体检指标体系构建的必要性,结合圩镇特点与县镇村发展的核心诉求,构建圩镇体检指标体系,并提炼指标体系构建后续数据收集、建设评价与更新建设流程的实践要点,探索通过圩镇体检评估“联城带村”带动县镇村高质量发展的路径。With the high-quality development of counties,towns and villages,as well as the sinking of urban physical examination levels,towns have become a crucial linkage of policy,planning and governance as they connect cities and villages in the face of urban physical examination and renewal.The construction of town physical examination has been necessitated based on a review of the beautiful town development and an analysis of the current problems of county,town,and village construction system.In consideration with the characters of towns and their development appeals,the index system of town physical examination is established,and the key points of data collection,construction evaluation,and continued development of the system are concluded.It explores the path of"connecting city and village"towards high-quality development supported by town physical examination.
