摘　　要：城市是人们聚集的地方,城市的建设和发展关系到国家经济命脉和人民的幸福安康。然而,城市发展中出现的问题,也给城市更新工作带来了一些阻碍。这就需要有关部门及相关人员在对城市发展问题加以深入剖析的前提之下统筹规划、精细设计城市更新,以促进城市发展的活力和创造力,为社会各方面的可持续性发展提供支持。本文基于可持续发展背景,详述了城市更新的发展趋势及特征、城市更新思路及更新原则、城市更新规划与设计思路,以期为相关人员提供借鉴。Cities are places where people gather,and the construction and development of cities are related to the economic lifeline of the country and the well-being of the people.However,the problems emerging in urban development have also brought some obstacles to urban renewal work,which requires relevant departments and personnel to make overall planning and elaborate design for urban renewal on the premise of in-depth analysis of urban development problems,so as to promote the vitality and creativity of urban development and provide supports for the sustainable development of all aspects of society.In context of sustainable development,this paper elaborates on the development trends and characteristics of urban renewal,the inspirations and principles of urban renewal,as well as the ideas of urban renewal planning and design,hoping to provide references for relevant personnel.
