城市更新背景下老(旧)住宅改造的思路创新——以浙江省嘉兴市为例

摘　　要：老旧住宅往往存在设施老化、居住空间布局不合理等问题,为了提升居民的生活品质,创新研究开展老旧住宅改造思路,提高土地利用率,整合城市功能分区,使城市布局更加科学合理。因此,本文以浙江省嘉兴市为例,提出城市更新背景下老(旧)住宅改造的创新思路。针对嘉兴市一环与二环之间约18平方公里的范围进行了老旧住宅的改造工程的设计,整体以住宅风貌提升、公共设施完善、街巷空间整治、滨水景观靓化等方面,完成城市更新背景下老(旧)住宅改造内容的设计,以期为居民提供更加优美、舒适的生活环境。Old residential buildings often have problems such as aging facilities and unreasonable layout of living spaces.In order to improve the quality of life of residents,innovative research is carried out on the renovation of old residential buildings,so as to improve land use efficiency,integrate urban functional zoning,and make urban layout more scientific and reasonable.Therefore,taking Jiaxing City in Zhejiang Province as an example,this paper proposes innovative ideas for the renovation of old residential buildings under the background of urban renewal.A renovation project for old residential buildings within an area of approximately 18 square kilometers between the first and second ring roads in Jiaxing City is designed for the renovation of old residential buildings in context of urban renewal,with the overall goal to enhance the residential style,improve public facilities,renovate street and alley spaces,and beautify waterfront landscapes,which could provide more beautiful and comfortable living environment for residents.
