摘　　要：当下城市化进程进入了存量更新的新阶段,在老城厢地区复杂的用地背景下,城市更新项目需要在有限的条件内同时解决多样的功能需求、历史风貌的延续和保护及多专业多部门协同的问题,对建筑师提出了更高的要求。本文通过中共上海市黄浦区委党校项目建筑设计实践,展开对当下城市更新项目的思考与研究,归纳总结相关项目经验及设计策略。The current urbanization process has entered a new stage of stock renewal.In the complex land use background of old city areas,urban renewal projects need to simultaneously address diverse functional requirements,the continuation and protection of historical features,and the coordination of multiple professions and departments within limited conditions,which puts higher demands on architects.This article explores and studies current urban renewal projects through the architectural design practice of the Huangpu District Party School project of the Communist Party of China in Shanghai,and summarizes relevant project experience and design strategies.
