摘 要:随着城市化进程的不断推进,老旧小区改造已成为城市建设的重要内容。传统的建造方式难以满足当前老旧小区改造的需求,装配式建筑以其施工高效、质量可控、环境友好等优势受到广泛关注。本文在分析老旧小区改造面临的主要问题及装配式技术优势的基础上,总结了装配式技术在旧区改造中的应用现状,提出了因地制宜选择技术形式、优化设计提高装配化率、加强构件生产质控、规范施工组织管理、积极推行装配式装修等实践策略,并结合工程案例进行了论证分析,以期为老旧小区的更新改造提供借鉴与参考。With the continuous progress of urbanization,old community renovation have become an important content of urban construction.Since traditional construction methods can no longer meet the current needs of old community renovation,the prefabricated building has been widely concerned for its advantages in high-efficiency construction,quality control,and environment-friendly.Based on the analysis of the main problems and the advantages of assembly technology in the old community renovation,this paper summarizes the application of assembly technology in the old community renovation,and puts forward several practical strategies such as selecting technical forms according to local conditions,increasing assembly rate by optimizing design,strengthening quality control of component production,standardizing construction organization and management,actively promoting assembling decoration,in combination with the project cases,which could provide reference for the renewal and transformation of the old residential areas.
