马巷街道农贸市场片区老旧小区改造分析

摘　　要：当前城市里存在诸多老旧小区。由于历史原因,大部分老旧小区存在诸如物业管理、居民停车智能道闸更新、流动人口安全管理、小区道路、绿化管理等方面功能不全与滞后的问题,迫切需要进行改造。本文对厦门市翔安区马巷街道五美社区现状进行了充分的研究与分析,结合厦门市相关部门的文件政策,对五美社区改造内容进行了11个方面的设计分析。该设计符合老旧小区改造现实需求,技术方案可行,可为厦门同类老旧小区改造提供技术指导。There are many old communities in today’s cities.Due to historical reasons,most of these communities suffer from problems such as incomplete lagging functions in property management,intelligent parking gate updates,safety management of floating population,community roads,and greenery management,which urgently need to transformed.This paper fully studies the current situation of Wumei Community in Maxiang Street,Xiang’an District,Xiamen City,and analyzes the policies of relevant departments in Xiamen City to carry out design analysis on eleven aspects of the renovation content of Wumei Community.The design meets the needs of old community transformation,and the technical plan is feasible,which can provide technical guidance for the renovation of similar old communities in Xiamen City.
