摘  要:口腔菌群是人体第二大微生物群,因其所处的独特生态环境,可通过多种方式影响口腔健康和全身状态。随着研究的进展,口腔菌群在心脑血管病中的作用逐渐被人们了解。目前认为,口腔菌群可通过菌群转移、产生代谢物、系统性炎症等方式影响缺血性卒中。文章对口腔菌群与缺血性卒中的相关性及其可能机制进行了综述。Oral microbiota is the second largest microbiota in the human body.Due to its unique ecological environment,oral microbiota can affect oral health and whole body condition in various ways.With the progress of research,the role of oral microbiota in cardiocerebrovascular diseases is gradually being understood.At present,it is believed that oral microbiota can affect ischemic stroke through microbiota transfer,metabolites production,systemic inflammation,and other mechanisms.This article reviews the correlation and possible mechanisms between oral microbiota and ischemic stroke.
