活性碳纤维/海藻酸钙纤维/木棉复合针刺材料的制备及其海水淡化性能

摘  要:针对淡水资源短缺及太阳能驱动界面蒸发器(solar vapor generator,SVG)工作过程中水分运输困难,以活性碳纤维(ACFs)、海藻酸钙纤维(CAFs)和木棉(KFs)为原料,经过分别梳理成网后得到纤维毡,再使用针刺法制备多层纤维复合界面蒸发器(multi-layered solar vapor generator,MLSVG)。对比分析了CAFs酸处理对纤维形貌、吸水率及MLSVG蒸发速率的影响。结果表明:当酸处理pH值为1时,CAFs的吸水率达到最高,为其自重的973%,经过CuS负载后,MLSVG的蒸发速率达到2.07 kg·m^(-2)·h^(-1),蒸发效率为76.04%。研究结果为纤维基SVG的设计和应用提供理论参考。In view of available water shortage and the difficulty in water transporting of solar vapor generator(SVG)during seawater desalination,activated carbon fibers(ACFs),calcium alginate fibers(CAFs)and kapok fibers(KFs)were selected as raw materials to prepare fiber-based and multi-layered SVG(MLSVG)by needle punching technique.The influence of acid treating to CAFs on fiber morphology,water adsorption and evaporation rate was investigated.As a result,when the pH value was set as 1,the water adsorption reached 973%to its self-weight.In addition,with the incorporation of CuS,the evaporation rate of MLSVG reached 2.07 kg·m^(-2)·h^(-1) with efficiency of 76.04%.This paper provides a theoretical reference for designing and application of fiber-based SVG.
