荧光太阳能聚光聚酰胺熔纺纤维的制备及其性能

摘  要:为了通过熔融纺丝的方法制得满足纺织加工要求的新型太阳能聚光纤维(FLSCs),以生物基聚酰胺和高温型荧光染料为原料,熔纺制得两类FLSCs,分析荧光染料种类、浓度和牵伸倍数对其结构和性能的影响。结果表明:FLSCs的表面光滑,条干均匀;随着染料浓度的增大,FLSCs的吸光度逐渐增大,激发荧光强度先增加后减小;当染料浓度为0.2%时,FLSCs与太阳能电池板耦合产生的短路电流量达到饱和,引入黄色染料FLSCs的电流可达10.2μA。3倍牵伸FLSCs的吸光度和短路电流量较初生FLSCs低,荧光强度变化不明显,拉伸强度均大于1.1 cN/dtex,可满足纺织加工对力学性能的要求。In order to obtain a new type of fiber-based luminescent solar concentrators(FLSCs)which can meet the requirements of textile processing by melt spinning method.FLSCs were prepared by melt spinning using biology base polyamide and high temperature fluorescent dyes.The effects of the type,concentration and drafting ratio of fluorescent dyes on their structure and properties were investigated.The results show that the FLSCs show a smooth surface and a uniform evenness.The absorbance of the FLSCs increases with the increase of fluorescent dye concentration.The excitation fluorescence intensity of FLSCs increases initially and then decreases.When the dye concentration is 0.2 wt%,the short-circuit current generated by the FLSCs coupling with polycrystalline solar panels reaches saturation,The current of introducing yellow fluorescent dye FLSCs can reach 10.2μA.The absorbance and short-circuit current of 3×drawn FLSCs are lower than those of as-spun FLSCs,while no significant change on the excitation fluorescence intensity of FLSCs.The tenacity values are all greater than 1.1 cN/dtex,which means the prepared FLSCs can meet the mechanical properties requirements of textile processing.
