摘 要:秋季人们的服装调节行为活跃,且能体现服装在热舒适中的作用。为了研究秋季不同孕期妇女的热反应差异、服装热阻分布规律及这些参数随温度的变化,现场调研了产科候诊区热环境参数、孕妇服装热阻、热感觉和热舒适等信息,并进行显著性分析。结果显示:孕晚期妇女的服装热阻与孕早期、孕中期妇女存在显著性差异(p<0.001);孕妇在秋季时服装热阻频数呈正态分布,且随室内操作温度升高而升高(该结论与冬季不同),服装热阻受外出时室外温度影响;孕早期妇女与孕中期妇女的热感觉存在显著性差异(p<0.05),孕早期、孕中期和孕晚期妇女的热舒适值分别为0.26、0.32和0.33,但无显著性差异;与孕早期、孕中期妇女相比,孕晚期妇女服装调节行为更显著。此研究为探究孕妇这一特殊人群的热舒适规律提供参考。In autumn,people′s clothing regulation behavior becomes more active,illustrating the role of clothing in maintaining thermal comfort.In order to study the differences of thermal response,the distribution of clothing thermal resistance and the changes of these parameters with temperature in different pregnant women in autumn,the thermal environmental parameters in the obstetric waiting area,the thermal resistance of pregnant women′s clothing,thermal sensation and thermal comfort were investigated on-site,and a significance analysis was performed.The results indicated a significant difference in maternal clothing thermal resistance between third trimester and those in first and second trimester(p<0.001).The clothing thermal resistance frequencies in autumn was normally distributed,increasing with indoor operating temperature,a pattern distinct from winter,and the thermal resistance was also influenced by the outdoor temperature on the day of the outing.There was a notable difference in thermal sensation between first and second(p<0.05);thermal comfort values were 0.26,0.32,and 0.33 for first,second,and third of pregnant women,respectively,but these differences were not significant.The third trimester of pregnant women demonstrated more pronounced clothing regulation behavior compared to early and midterm stages.This study serves as a reference for understanding thermal comfort patterns in pregnant women,a specific population group.
