摘　　要：本文通过分析不同经营模式的营业成本结构,针对特许经营类项目和委托运营类项目提出精益化管理思路。通过在不同经营模式下开展针对性地生产管理工作,环境服务公司可以提高自身专业化水平,从而提高市场竞争力。In order to actively respond to the changes in the external environment,it is urgent for environmental service companies to carry out quality and efficiency improvement activities internally.This article analyzes the operating cost structure of different business models and proposes lean management ideas for franchise projects and O&M projects.By carrying out targeted production management under different business models,environmental service companies can improve their professional level and enhance their market competitiveness.
