摘 要:利用乙酸铵交换法测定土壤中阳离子交换量是比较传统的方法,其具有准确度高、重现性好的优点,缺点是搅拌方式耗时较长,容易造成样品损失。本方法在传统方法的基础上,用振荡器振荡的方式替代玻璃棒搅拌的方式,既保留了传统方法准确稳定的优点,也改良了传统方法搅拌方式的弊端,实现了对土壤阳离子交换量更快更精准地测定。本方法酸性、中性、碱性土壤标准样品的阳离子交换量测定值均在合格范围内,酸性、中性、碱性土壤样品的相对标准偏差为1.9%—5.1%。The use of ammonium acetate exchange method to determine the cation exchange capacity in soil is a relatively traditional method,which has the advantages of high accuracy and good reproducibility.The disadvantage is that the stirring method is time-consuming and prone to sample loss.On the basis of traditional methods,this method uses oscillator oscillation instead of glass rod stirring,which not only retains the advantages of accurate and stable traditional methods,but also improves the disadvantages of traditional stirring methods,achieving faster and more accurate determination of soil cation exchange capacity.The cation exchange capacity measurements of acidic,neutral,and alkaline soil standard samples using this method are all within the qualified range,and the relative standard deviation of acidic,neutral,and alkaline soil samples is 1.9%5.1%.
