摘  要:重大工程设计品质管理是重大工程决策中的重要一环,直接决定了重大工程的美学品味和工程品质。重大工程本身的复杂性、工程和环境构成的复合系统的复杂整体性以及工程全寿命周期中复杂演化情形所导致的深度不确定性对于设计方案的情景鲁棒性提出了更高的要求。本文基于复杂性思维,从多个维度对重大工程品质设计进行了阐释。随后,本文以深中通道作为典型案例,例举了深中通道工程在重大工程设计品质管理创新做了大量开创性的探索。The quality management of major engineering design is an important part of major engineering decision-making,which directly determines the aesthetic taste and engineering quality of major engineering.The complexity of major engineering projects themselves,the complex integrity of composite systems composed of engineering and environment,and the deep uncertainty caused by complex evolution throughout the entire life cycle of engineering pose higher requirements for the scenario robustness of design schemes.This article is based on complexity thinking and elaborates on the quality design of major engineering projects from multiple dimensions.Subsequently,this article takes the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link as a typical case,citing the pioneering explorations made by the Shenzhen Zhongshan Channel project in the innovation of quality management in major engineering design.
