摘  要:随着我国经济的高速发展,城市化进程快速推进,城市轨道交通已被大多数城市用来缓解和改善城市交通。本文通过对盖挖逆作法关键工艺进行改进,提出了盖挖逆作法地铁车站侧墙施工质量改进工艺:①顶板施工完成后,优先施工侧墙钢筋,然后施工下层结构板,可有效地提高侧墙钢筋连接质量;②结构板通过采用矮支架进行施工,可在侧墙提前预埋止水钢板和预留振捣孔,通过有效振捣混凝土,能够提高侧墙水平施工缝防水质量和侧墙混凝土的浇筑质量;③改变传统溜槽浇筑工艺,采用预留浇筑孔和振捣孔的方式,有效解决水平施工缝的浇筑密实度。With the rapid development of China's economy and the rapid advancement of urbanization,urban rail transit has been used by most cities to alleviate and improve urban transportation.This article proposes an improvement process for the construction quality of subway station side walls using the cover excavation reverse method by improving the key technology:①After the completion of the roof construction,priority should be given to the construction of the side wall reinforcement,followed by the construction of the lower structural slab,which can effectively improve the connection quality of the side wall reinforcement.②The structural plate can be constructed by using low brackets,and waterproof steel plates and reserved vibration holes can be pre embedded in the side walls.By effectively vibrating the concrete,the waterproof quality of the horizontal construction joints of the side walls and the pouring quality of the side wall concrete can be improved.③By changing the traditional pouring process of chutes and adopting reserved pouring holes and vibration holes,the compactness of horizontal construction joints can be effectively solved.
