摘  要:在地下工程施工阶段,工作分解结构是成本管理的核心。本文结合实际案例,采用WBS工作分解结构对地下工程施工过程中的成本进行优化管理。在研究WBS工作分解结构的含义、分解原则、分解方法的基础上,对地下工程进行工作分解结构,并确定各工序之间的前后关系;同时,结合网络进度优化方法,通过绘制网路进度计划图,分析成本与施工工序之间的关系,通过工期优化来降低施工阶段的总成本,确定最低成本的最佳工期,优化后的成本为910万元,减少12万元,优化后的工期12d,减少4d。本文研究成果有助于施工企业进行成本优化管理,以此提高经济效益。During the construction phase of underground engineering,work structure is the core of cost management.This article combines practical cases and uses WBS(work breakdown structure)to optimize the cost management of underground engineering construction process.On the basis of studying the meaning,principles,and methods of WBS(work breakdown structure),the work structure of underground engineering is decomposed and the relationship between each process is determined.At the same time,combined with network schedule optimization methods,the relationship between cost and construction processes was analyzed by drawing a network schedule diagram.The total cost of the construction phase was reduced through schedule optimization,and the optimal schedule with the lowest cost was determined.The optimized cost was 9.1 million yuan,a reduction of 120000 yuan,and the optimized schedule was 12 days,a reduction of 4 days.The research results of this article are helpful for construction enterprises to carry out cost optimization management,thereby improving economic benefits.
