摘　　要：本项目立足城市信息模型(CIM)标准化需求,从广东省、广州市两个层次开展CIM标准体系的研究,包括对CIM数据分级分类及编码策略、CIM平台的架构与功能设计、BIM与CIM对接的汇交要求、基于CIM的面向应用场景的施工图审查和竣工验收备案技术等研究,形成各层级CIM标准体系、CIM基础平台及数据类标准、施工图审查类标准、竣工验收类标准等标准化成果,为广东省和广州市的CIM基础平台建设及应用提供技术指导,推动城市建设、管理数字化转型和高质量发展。This project is based on the standardization requirements of the City Information Model(CIM),and conducts research on the CIM standard system from two levels:Guangdong Province and Guangzhou City.It includes the classification and coding strategy of CIM data,the architecture and functional design of the CIM platform,the submission requirements for BIM and CIM docking,and the research on construction drawing review and completion acceptance filing technology based on CIM for application scenarios.It forms standardized achievements such as CIM standard system at all levels,CIM basic platform and data standards,construction drawing review standards,completion acceptance standards,etc.,providing technical guidance for the construction and application of CIM basic platforms in Guangdong Province and Guangzhou City,promoting digital transformation and high-quality development of urban construction and management.
