摘 要:通过定期跟踪测定水胶比为0.241、0.306、0.38、0.42和0.46,粉煤灰掺量15%和23%,掺入0.85%减水剂或1%引气剂,28d抗压强度为32.4~74.9MPa的高性能混凝土在西宁地区早期(t≤90d)干冷、干热和标准模拟养护+后期(t≥90d)自然暴露的20年干缩数据。探究了水胶比对高性能混凝土干缩发展的影响、早期模拟养护环境对干缩性能的影响以及高性能混凝土20年龄期内的经时收缩发展规律。结果表明:高性能混凝土干缩量随水胶比增大呈线性递增,干缩速率随时间减缓。自收缩随水胶比降低急剧增加;较普通混凝土而言高性能混凝土收缩速率更快,在暴露15年后,干缩基本完成。The 20-year dry shrinkage data of high-performance concrete with 28d compressive strength of 32.4~74.9MPa in Xining area in the early(t≤90d)dry cold,dry heat and standard simulated curing+late(t≥90d)natural exposure were determined by regular follow-up determination of the water-glue ratio of 0.241,0.306,0.38,0.42 and 0.46,the fly ash content of 15%and 23%,and the addition of 0.85%superplasticizer or 1%air-entraining agent.The effects of water-glue ratio on the development of dry shrinkage of high-performance concrete,the influence of early simulated curing environment on the dry shrinkage performance,and the development law of long-term shrinkage of high-performance concrete during the 20-year age period were explored.The results show that the dry shrinkage of high-performance concrete increases linearly with the increase of water-glue ratio,and the dry shrinkage rate slows down with time.The self-shrinkage increases sharply with the decrease of the water-glue ratio.Compared with ordinary concrete,the shrinkage rate of high-performance concrete is faster,and the dry shrinkage is basically completed after exposure of 15years.
