摘　　要：将现代产品视作涵盖“技术方案、经济、社会、文化”等多因素的复杂系统,在基于系统科学还原论思想面向全生命周期分析现代产品构成要素的基础上,首先讨论了现代产品内涵及全生命周期构成要素,之后对产品构成要素的设计创新价值及影响性进行分析,继而描述现代产品构成要素设计创新的关联影响性分析方法,对现代产品构成要素的层级及现代产品构成要素的层级对于产品设计创新的作用和价值进行分析,进而围绕产品构成要素彼此之间设计创新的影响关系,提出了基于形态学矩阵量化描述产品构成要素对于产品设计创新的影响,并按影响程度对识别产品设计创新途径的方法进行了分析。对现代产品的构成及设计创新途径发现进行研究,并且为产品设计创新活动的自动化、智能化开展从方法论层面提供有价值的实践和探索。The Modern Products are considered as the multi-factors complex system affected by the factors such as the technology,economy,society and culture.The constituent elements hierarchy of modern product and their design innovation value are discussed firstly based on the analyzation of the lifecycle-oriented constituent elements of the modern product with the reductionism of systems science.Then,the value and influence of the design innovation of the product components are analyzed,and then the correlation influence analysis method of the design innovation of the modern product components is described,and the role and value of the level of the modern product components on the product design innovation are analyzed,and then the influence of the product components on the design innovation based on the morphological matrix is proposed to quantitatively describe the influence of the product components on the product design innovation based on the morphological matrix.It is also analyzed by the degree of impact and the method of identifying innovative pathways in product design.The research can provide valuable methodological practice and exploration for the automation and intelligence of product design innovation activities.
