摘  要:常规的综采工作面刮板输送机链条自动张紧系统的调节指令多为单一目标式,控制响应速度较慢,导致自动张紧延时增加。为此提出嵌入式综采工作面刮板输送机链条自动张紧系统的设计。根据自动张紧需求设定电控设备搭接,关联链条嵌入式自动张紧控制装置,完成系统硬件的设计;采用多目标的方式提高控制响应速度,设计多目标自动张紧调节指令,接入嵌入式交互自动张紧控制功能模块,实现系统软件的设计。系统测试结果表明:在不同的油缸行程背景下,5台刮板输送机的自动张紧延时均被控制在0.4 s以下。说明所设计的嵌入式综采工作面刮板输送机链条自动张紧系统效率更高、自动张紧可控性强,具有实际的应用价值。As for the conventional automatic tensioning system of scraper conveyor chain in fully mechanized mining face,its adjustment instructions are mostly single objective oriented,and the control response speed is slow,which leads to the increase of automatic tensioning delay.Therefore,the design of automatic tensioning system of scraper conveyor chain based on embedded in fully mechanized mining face is put forward.According to the automatic tensioning requirements,the electronic control equipment is first set up,and the chain embedded automatic tensioning control device is associated to complete the system hardware design.Multi-objective method is adopted to improve the control response speed,multi-objective automatic tensioning adjustment instruction is designed,and embedded interactive automatic tensioning control function module is connected to realize the design of system software.System test results show that,under different cylinder stroke,the final automatic tensioning delay of the five scraper conveyors is controlled below 0.4 s,indicating that the embedded automatic tensioning system of scraper conveyer chain in fully mechanized mining face is more efficient and more controllable in the process of application,which has practical application value.
