摘 要:目前大型光伏电站集电线路电压等级通常为35 kV,但随着国内大型光伏基地项目持续推进,光伏电站容量不断增大,以35 kV作为集电线路将逐渐成为制约光伏发电技术的瓶颈,有必要对大型光伏电站集电线路采用66 kV电压等级的可行性进行探讨。若集电线路选用35 kV电压等级,集电线路回路多,主变压器台数和升压站设备也要增加;若集电线路选用66 kV电压等级,则可以有效减少集电线路回路和主变压器台数,节省集电线路电缆,简化电气主接线。据此,以某400 MW大型地面光伏电站为例,分别对35 kV和66 kV电压等级集电线路进行技术经济性比较,并对66 kV高压电缆及相关电气设备调研,提出随着66 kV光伏升压变压器和66 kV高压电缆制造技术的不断成熟和应用,容量在400 MW以上的大型光伏电站集电线路电压等级可以考虑采用66 kV。但综合考虑目前技术经济因素,仍推荐采用35 kV电压等级。At present,the voltage level of the collection lines in large photovoltaic power stations is usually 35 kV.However,with the continuous promotion of large-scale photovoltaic base projects in China,the capacity of photovoltaic power stations continues to increase.Using 35 kV as the collection line will gradually become a bottleneck restricting photovoltaic power generation technology.It is necessary to explore the feasibility of using 66 kV voltage level for the collection lines in large photovoltaic power stations.If the 35 kV voltage level is selected for the collection line,there will be more circuits in the collection line,and the number of main transformers and step-up station equipment will also increase;if the 66 kV voltage level is selected for the collection line,it can effectively reduce the number of collection line circuits and main transformers,save collection line cables,and simplify the electrical main wiring.Based on this,a 400 MW large-scale ground photovoltaic power station is taken as example to compare the technical and economic aspects of 35 kV and 66 kV voltage level collection lines,and conducts research on 66 kV high-voltage cables and related electrical equipment.It is proposed that with the continuous maturity and application of 66 kV photovoltaic step-up transformers and 66 kV high-voltage cable manufacturing technology,the voltage level of collection lines in large-scale photovoltaic power stations with a capacity of over 400 MW can be considered to use 66 kV.However,considering current technical and economic factors,it is still recommended to use a 35 kV voltage level.
