摘 要:分析了ZW32-12型柱上真空断路器及永磁机构的基本结构以及主要设计参数,重点研究柱上真空断路器机械特性参数的选择及对策,研究永磁机构的设计难点。针对部分在网运行永磁机构柱上真空断路器发生“偷跳”造成缺相运行的缺陷,认为大部分原因是断路器每相剩余保持力裕度不大,即设计的永磁机构合闸保持力不够大而造成的。考虑到钕铁硼材料受环境温度影响会使户外柱上断路器的机械特性产生变化,优化工厂内测试的柱上真空断路器主要参数设计,预留适当裕度以应对户外柱上断路器的运行使用环境需求,结合工作经验提出强调零件设计图纸质量的重要性,研究从设计源头上解决问题,确保永磁机构合闸保持力,确保柱上真空断路器良好的机械特性参数,提高永磁机构柱上真空断路器的运行可靠性。The basic structure and main design parameters of ZW32-12 type pole-mounted vacuum circuit breaker and permanent magnetic actuator are analyzed,focusing on the selection of mechanical characteristic parameters and countermeasures of pole-mounted vacuum circuit breaker,and the design difficulties of permanent magnetic actuator are given.In view of the phase-deficient operation defect resulted from the unexpected tripping of vacuum circuit breaker on the permanent magnet mechanism column in grid operation,it is considered that the cause is insufficient residual retention margin of each phase of the circuit breaker,that is,the designed permanent magnet mechanism closing retention force is not large enough.Considering that the mechanical characteristics of outdoor pole-mounted circuit breakers may change due to the influence of ambient temperature on neodymium iron boron materials,the main parameter design of pole-mounted vacuum circuit breakers tested in the factory is optimized,appropriate margin is given to meet its environmental requirements.By working experience,the importance of the quality of parts design drawings is emphasized,and solutions are studied to ensure the closing retention force of permanent magnet mechanism,to ensure good mechanical characteristic parameters of circuit breaker,and to improve the operation reliability of permanent magnet mechanism pole-mounted vacuum circuit breaker.
