摘  要:声学检测是通过感知和分析待测物的声音信号,进行待测物品质、状态、缺陷等信息无损辨识的技术,具有成本低、非接触式检测等优点。当前的声学检测系统一般是针对检测目标,实现特定的声音采集和识别功能,从而完成特定的检测任务,通用性不足。设计了一套基于数字信号处理DSP的声学检测系统,包含声学采集模块和声学分析软件,具有声学数据收集、显示、分析以及声学检测功能,能按无线或有线方式传输声学数据,可满足声音采集和分析需要分离的情况,适用于广泛的检测场景。该系统还允许使用者设计声学分析模型库,然后可在声学分析软件界面从库中灵活选用合适的声学模型集成至检测程序,以执行检测任务。通过对声学检测系统的声音采集、显示和声学检测等主要功能进行测试,验证了该系统的有效性。Acoustic detection is a technology that senses and analyzes the sound signal of the object,so as to nondestructive identification of its quality,state,defect and other information.It has the advantages of low cost and non-contact detection.The current acoustic detection system generally designs special sound acquisition and recognition functions for the detection target to complete specific detection tasks,lack of universality.An acoustic detection system is designed based on digital signal processor(DSP),including acoustic acquisition module and acoustic analysis software,which is suitable for a wide range of detection scenarios.It has acoustic data collection,display,analysis and acoustic detection functions,and can transmit acoustic data wirelessly or wired,which meets the need for separation of sound acquisition and analysis.In addition,it allows the user to customize a library of acoustic analysis models,and then flexibly select the appropriate acoustic model from the library in the acoustic analysis software to integrate into the inspection program to perform the detection task.The effectiveness of the acoustic detection system is verified by testing the main functions of sound acquisition,display and acoustic detection.
