摘  要:广州地铁十四号线地铁车辆出现多起空调白点故障,空调系统与车辆列控系统出现通信异常,紧急逆变器烧损,客室无通风,影响了乘客乘坐的舒适性和车辆运营服务质量。根据车辆控制原理、空调系统电气原理和紧急逆变器工作原理,综合多方面原理调查分析空调白点的故障原因,经过排查锁定了故障源为空调控制器内部板件故障。为彻底解决空调白点故障的再次出现,进一步通过控制器内部板件检测分析、现场测试分析、EMC测试分析、控制器返场测试分析,锁定了控制器内部故障的根本原因是核心电源板缺少抗干扰防护功能。针对电源板的设计缺陷,提出了软件、硬件等方面的解决措施。经过实践验证,采取的措施合理且有效,解决了紧急逆变器烧损和空调白点问题,降低了空调系统故障率,保障了乘客乘坐的舒适性和车辆运营服务质量。Multiple air conditioning white spot faults occurres in Guangzhou Metro Line 14 subway vehicles,with communication abnormalities between the air conditioning system and the vehicle control system,emergency inverter burnout,and lack of ventilation in the passenger compartment,which affect passenger comfort and vehicle operation service quality.Based on the principles of vehicle control,electrical principles of air conditioning systems,and working principles of emergency inverters,a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the causes of air conditioning white spot faults are conducted.After investigation,the fault source is identified as an internal board failure of the air conditioning controller.To thoroughly solve the recurrence of air conditioning white spot faults,further analysis is conducted through internal board testing,on-site testing,EMC testing,and controller return testing to identify the root cause of the controller\s internal faults as the lack of anti-interference protection function in the core power board.Solutions are proposed in terms of software,hardware,and other aspects to address the design defects of the power board.After practical verification,the measures taken are reasonable and effective,solving the problems of emergency inverter burnout and air conditioning white spots,reducing the failure rate of the air conditioning system,and ensuring the comfort of passengers and the quality of vehicle operation services.
