摘  要:液力变扭箱是一种应用于工矿汽车的液力装置,它通过液体的动能实现能量的传递,拥有恒功率特性。此设备以柴油机作为输入动力源,进而驱动汽车运行。在投入使用之前,液力变扭箱必须经过严格的性能测试和输出特性评估。这些测试涵盖了输入与输出的转速、转矩、功率以及效率等关键参数。只有当液力变扭箱的输出特性满足设计要求时,才能确保其正常且有效地运行。介绍了一种基于MCGS的液力变扭箱数据采集系统。该系统采用PCL-818L数据采集板卡,并结合组态王MCGS软件,实现了对液力变扭箱输出特性参数的精准检测。通过该系统,可以生成数据采集窗口和实时曲线窗口,使得用户能够直观地判断液力变扭箱的输出特性是否符合设计要求。该系统具有测试精度高,操作方便、可视化程度强等优点,具有一定的实用价值。Hydraulic variable torque box is a kind of hydraulic device used in industrial and mining vehicles.It realizes the transmission of energy through liquid kinetic energy and has constant power characteristics.This device takes diesel engine as the input power source to drive the vehicle.Before being put into use,the hydraulic variable torque box must undergo strict performance testing and output characteristics evaluation.These tests includ key parameters such as input and output speed,torque,power and efficiency.Only when the output characteristics of the hydraulic variable torque box meet the design requirements can it ensure normal and effective operation.A data acquisition system of hydraulic variable torque box based on MCGS is introduced.The system adopts PCL-818L data acquisition board and combines with Kingview MCGS software to realize the accurate detection of output characteristics parameters of the hydraulic variable torque box.Through the system,data acquisition window and real-time curve window can be generated,which enables users to visually judge whether the output characteristics of the hydraulic variable torque box meet the design requirements.This system is not only simple to operate,but also has high testing accuracy and strong visualization degree,and has certain practical value.
