摘　　要：为了杜绝质量事故,以及由此导致的返工事件的发生,设计开发了一种监测绝缘耐压测试仪设定状态的防呆工具,其由电气控制盒、LED光检知单元和数据线组成。LED光检知单元最多有8个光敏三极管,每个光敏三极管能检测出绝缘耐压测试仪面板上对应的指示灯是否点亮,8个指示灯的检测结果,通过电气控制盒进行逻辑与运算,输出结果是数字量1或0。这个输出结果成为绝缘耐压测试仪是否具备开始工作的前提条件。从而实现了控制绝缘耐压测试仪在唯一且正确的设定情况下,才能开始工作。通过以上技术方案解决了生产过程中的质量问题,避免了人为失误,彻底消除了在错误的设定条件下,对产品进行测试的可能性;降低了对操作者的要求,无需具备经验和专业知识,便能轻松、准确地进行正确的操作;如果有异常发生时,可以通过蜂鸣器和指示灯及时提醒操作者快速处理,实现了生产现场的透明化管理,即看得见、听得见的管理,保证产品品质。In order to prevent quality accidents and the occurrence of rework incidents caused by them,a foolproof tool is designed and developed to monitor the setting status of insulation withstand voltage testers.It consists of an electrical control box,LED light detection unit,and data cable.The LED light detection unit has a maximum of 8 photosensitive transistors,each photosensitive transistor can detect whether the corresponding indicator light on the insulation withstand voltage tester panel is lit.The detection results of eight indicator lights,logic and operation are performed through an electrical control box,and the output result is a digital data of 1 or 0.This output result becomes a prerequisite for the insulation withstand voltage tester to start working.Thus,it is possible to control the insulation withstand voltage tester to start working only under a unique and correct setting.The quality issues in the production process are resolved through the above technical solutions,avoiding human error and completely eliminating the possibility of testing products under incorrect setting conditions.The design reduces the requirements for operators,allowing them to easily and accurately perform correct operations without the need for experience and professional knowledge.If any abnormalities occur,the buzzer and indicator light can be used to promptly remind the operator to handle them quickly,achieving transparent management of the production site,that is,visible and audible management,ensuring product quality.
